Purging Tips

Purging has many misconceptions associated with it. It also isn’t for everyone. Purging also increases the chances of having health issues. However, purging ultimately is up to you to decide whether or not you want to do it. Purging will minimize the amount of calories you consume based on different contributing factors.

Such factors are:

- what you eat and how it is absorbed. different foods will get broken down in different places in your body. I won’t get into any specifics, but I will mention that foods broken down in a chemical manner ie saliva will give you less time to purge before those calories are consumed, whereas if you eat something that has to be broken down in your stomach, you will have more time to purge before those calories are consumed.

A lot of people will try to tell you that this isn’t true. The problem with that is the reason the person telling you this is not interested in you knowing the truth. They simply want you to think that purging is ineffective so that you will not do it. This is a lie. I have provided you with the truth as to why purging works. It is always good to ask questions about why or why you should or shouldn’t be doing something instead of simply following what others tell you to do. This is how society progresses. Back in the medieval days, Christianity was never questioned. It was assumed that the word of god was always to be followed. Progress back then was slow and people were dying of things that we could easily fix nowadays. When Christianity was questioned, progress picked up much faster and efficiently and practices that can save lives or make for easier lives that are forbidden by religion are now accepted in first world countries.

Before I actually get into how to purge, I am going to leave a simple disclaimer. Don’t go too far with your purging. Purging can do harm long term. Have a goal body and once you’ve gotten down to that, you can stop. I don’t like to see people eating lots then purging. That can cause harm and it is counterproductive to losing weight. Purging should be treated like a simple diet. There are preventative measures if you feel addiction. Such measures include wearing a muzzle and knowing safe procedures for using a muzzle.

Now for the tips. Note that these tips are a compilation of tips I’ve found from videos over youtube which were user removed.

1) Take a small quantity of water between bites. This allows for food to come up easier. A deviation of this would be to drink something carbonated such as pepsi. It carbonates your food which makes it even easier to come up. I’ve only heard the latter from a video, but the person who recommends it sounds like a pro bulimic so I trust her.

2) Purging bags. This simply allows you to purge while mobile and doesn’t restrict you to washrooms. Disposal of bags is important. Leaving them around for too long can cause unsanitary conditions. Double layer garbage bags works best for this. Remember that disposal within a day is important so that no one finds it and so that you are living in sanitary conditions.

3) Line your toilet bowl with toilet paper. This prevents vomit from flying all over the place.

4) Use two fingers, stick your fingers down your mouth as far as you can until you reach a flap which will trigger a gag reflex. Something to keep in mind is that people that frequently purge will show marks on their knuckles as a result of frequent purging. You could wear disposable gloves with cut off finger tips to purge with so prevent these marks from showing up.

Another Bulimic Girlfriend… Gone!

I’ve been seeing this girl for about a month now and I thought she really liked me until I caught her cheating on me… with a toilet. I spoke with her and I tried to straighten her out and told her that cheating is not acceptable and if she did it again, it is over.

A few nights later, BAM! Catch her giving the toilet head. After I told her to GTFO, I look outside my window and see her going down on a dumpster.

When will bulimics learn that the world doesn’t revolve around them? (Even if it feels like that when they make themselves sick)
